When we endeavored to build a greenhouse and gardens on our property at 7000 feet in 2007, we had no clue where it would lead us. After hiring Daisy Fair, we quickly realized we had the right partner to make our dreams a reality as she took us through the design phase and learned about the importance of the soil for a healthy ecosystem.
